I have a b18a1 all stock, it runs good and doesnts smoke, but does have a tap in the head. i believe all it is ithat the lifters just need adjusted. I wanta keep it as a spare engine but i need seats and moneys is tight. so im looking to trade for a pair of integra or prelude seats (NOTHING ELSE)

Your pretty far. But I have a pair of Integra seats. The engine you have there is an OBD1.
