Should I buy? '92 Prelude Sr
I've been looken for a lude in my price range all summer and have finally found one. It's a 1992 Prelude Sr. Sr is the Canadian version of Si. Only has 68,000 miles! The car has had 2 owners, both middle aged females. First lady purchased it new in Canada then sold it a year later and it was imported to MO.
Theres a few things that bother me though, where it usually reads mph it reads kmp, but I'm sure I could change that.
I'm most worried about rust though. Canada has a lot of salt on their roads, and salt can cause a car to start rusting? correct? How easily do honda's rust? Is this even something I should be worried about? I mean, its 10 years old and right now and theres only one small rust spot and its on the rear left wheel well.

sounds like a really good deal, id buy it. As far as rust, just get up under the car and start checking it out. Also, when someone asks about the kmh gauge vs the mph, tell them its a special JDM prelude cluster
Sounds like a deal to me, really check the under carriage out, rust can be hell or it can be an isolated incident. I had a Saab from Minnesota with some minor body rust but the rest of the car held up fine so you can get lucky IMO.
