I am changing the oil pan gasket on my b16a and was wondering if i should use some kind of sealant or put it on dry. Let me know what you guys think.

put a dab of hondabond where the corners are made from the U of the pan on each end and you'll be fine.

can you clarify. I am confused by this. Also does the hondabond go in between the oil pan and the gasket or between the gasket and the bottom of the motor.

Put the sealant on the corners of the oil pan, help hold it in place also.
Then slide you gasket on the oil pan. Hold everything nice until it mates with the block. Start getting some nuts on in each corner to hold the pan up.
Follow the tightening sequence and torque down.
