Default Fuel Pump

Whats up guys, two questions. I have a 1991 Crx Si and it was having some problems starting, when i testes fuel pressure i had non untill i primed it up. So i believe this means the fuel pump is bad correct? It starts right up after the prime.

Also where is the fuel pump located on the 91 si? do i have to drop the tank or do i have the latch under the bench in the back...?

Thanks a lot
