NGK spark plugs: ZFR series Vs. BK series

NGK spark plugs: ZFR series Vs. BK series
is there any advantage in running the BK series of NGK spark plugs over the ZFR plugs?
currently i'm using the ZFR6F-11 spark plugs with my B20 non-VTEC head. would swiching to the BK series equivilant be a good idea? what BK spark plug would be good to use for my engine?
what are the main diffrenced between them?
