D16A6 with DPFI?
Before anyone even says it, YES I searched but "d16a6 dpfi" wasn't bringing up any results.
I own a '90 wagon with D15B2 and DPFI and the motor is on it's last legs, I'm honestly surprised I haven't already thrown a rod. Fortunately, I do have a D16A6 from an old parts car that is in great shape.
The problem is, I DO NOT have the parts or time to convert to MPFI. I need to know If I can just install all the DPFI gear onto the D16A6 and have it run well, or if it will even run at all.
Thanks in advance,

I've done it. It is literally as easy as you think: Swap DPFI intake on and all other parts over. No modifications necessary to block or anything else. I had to adjust the timing a bit to get it just right, which you should be doing anyway on a motor swap. Good lcuk!
That's good to know, but when you say timing do you mean via the dizzy? Or did you need to play with the timing belt itself?

Just use your DX intake and distributor on the D16a6 and it is
plug and play.. If you replace the timing belt, get the one for the d16a6.
