So heres the deal i have an opportunity to get a sweat deal on a complete titanium akrapovic exhaust from a 2005 cbr 600rr. Will it bolt up to my 2008 cbr 600rr? IF not how much modification would it take? thanks

Unless you're an experienced titanium welder, and have extra laying around I wouldn't even consider this as an option. Since Akrapovic exhausts are designed for each specific bike, modifying one would probably screw up the performance. And cutting into one would be a sin.

I believe they are 2 totally different bikes. So I highly doubt the two exhausts would be even remotely similar to each other.

Buy an exhaust for your bike and save yourself a lot of headaches.

 

Buy it, sell it, buy the right exhaust.

it wont fit on there any way with out alot of chopping....get something else..
