Default P0A ECU into 91 accord ex

I am doing a mini me F22b1 head swap onto a f22b2 block that was given to me and i recently made a run to the junkyard and got a P0A ecu from a 95 accord ex after checking i realized i grabbed a automatic ecu and my car is a manual am i able to still use this ecu or am i screwed

Shouldn't make a difference. I never swap the ECU when doing manual conversions on Civics/Integras unless they're OBDII because for some reason OBDII Civics run like poop in higher gears with AUTO ECUs.
