Default Sunroof vs. moonroof

Hi i am new here and being a typical girl, i dont know much about cars...I am in the process of buying a 1998 prelude and was wondering if somebody can please tell me the diffence between a moonroof and a sunroof, and which one comes on a prelude?

sunroof is the one that uaually comes on the 4th gen preludes. A sunnroof is the solid piece that slides back and vents the car. A moonroof does the same thing except it is a piece of glass that you can look through without having to slide the roof piece back.

I think all 4th and 5th gens came with sunroofs, that being an opaque panel as mentioned above. I know I've seen places selling glass replacement panles that would in essence convert it to a moon roof though.

Ok... once and for all. Moonroof == solid panel, IE> metal. Sunroof == glass or some transparent material, IE> Glass. If it opens up and over or slides back doesn't make a difference, or else what would the new civic's be (with glass) seeing how it does both?

Weight, shmeight! Regardless of what that sucker weighs in at, I'd like to have a glass moonroof replacement for my metal-panel sunroof! That would just be so much nicer, I think!!! Anyone with any links?
