Hello I am new here. My sister has a 92 accord EX and recently her car wouldn't start (only will happen every few starts and if she waited for few mins or so.. then it will start or sometimes.. got to wait another few mins). She changed her distributor about a year ago from this honda place and I called them up and they said something about fuel regulator fuse or something like that. It would cost about $100 to fix.. does anyone if that is the problem? The honda shop told me it is pretty common problem on the older accord.. does anyone know what I am talking about? If you do.. please tell me how to change and where is locate at ? Thanks you so much
