I am new and my sister'
It could be the FPR, if its faulty then she is loosing pressure which means the motor will have a very hard time starting, if she turns it on and off quickly that will prime the pump. Have her turn it on quickly so the pressure is still there if it is infact a faulty FPR. You can buy a used stock FPR for $20 bucks and its a 10min job.
Also try testing the FPR if you want. Hook up a Fuel pressure gauge and see if the pressure is dropping.

Ok guys. My sister told me when she is parked under the sun.. i guess they car get all hot inside and outside.. then if she try to crack it up.. it will crack but no start. If you are talking about the main relay for $40 under the dash. Can someone please tell me what it would look like (shape or wires connected to it? or color?) A picture would be so much help.. I even hope you up with my sister LOL she is hot

I have a 1990 accord that had the same PRoblem. On main the main relay is located under the dash, above the Crusie control ECU which you will have to remove to get to it, you can't see without removing the Crusie control ECU box. The Main Relay has a redish-brown bottom the rest of the relay is going to gray or black. it has a fairly large 7 or 8 pin connector on it, you can't miss it it is like the biggest realy under the dash
