when i turn my key to the on position i can here my pump running consitantly, and it wont stop priming (with key on the on possition without car running) just keeps doing it until i put key on the off position, anyone know what the issue is?? car wont start now as well i dont want to buy a new pump if its something like a relay... thanks this is a b16 swap si crx thanks

 

Do you hear the main relay click on and then off? The main relay i am pretty sure should click 3 times!

 

is this a new issue that just came up or has it always done this?

and the relay you can only hear twice. third time is when you start it i believe and its hard to hear over cranking haha.

atleast its not stranded on the streets lonely!!! lol....... where thieves can have a crack at her..

 

sounds like the pump is hard wired somehow. like to one of the optional fuse ports on the fuse box under the dash or somthing.
