STX Roll Call for Nationals?
Have I missed something. I keep hearing all these people are going to Nats and running STX, yet I only see four people signed up today. Come on everyone, this is a great chance to be part of something really great for the SCCA Solo program. If you're waffling on whether or not to go, sign up now. You won't regret it!
I may run STX. Somebody with a very competitive STS Subaru said I could drive it in STX if I wanted.
But, you know, I wouldn't do it unless there was a chance at a jacket.

If half the cherry pickers signed up there'd be over 20 people signed up already! Come'on, register under STX and if there's not enough people to make the 18 one or two weeks before, then switch out to another class or get your money back.
That's the best way to make sure the class actually gets a chance and all you guys sitting back waiting for everyone else to register actually will!

Unfortunately, I won't be able to go this year. The E30 M3 that I run against locally will be there, and he's gonna have a co-driver as well.
How do you do against the M3 locally?

the day before. I swear I didn't break it on purpose). Several times I came in within 1/2 sec. from his time, but I also had several events that I came in more than 1 sec. from his time. Unfortunately, we don't have a STX prepped ITR in our region. But for comparison, we have Tom Smith (I don't if you know him, pretty good driver) who drives a D-Stock ITR but on street tires, Falken Azenis (we have Street Tire stock class, SK2 locally). His times were very comparable with the quickest STX times, sometimes quicker sometimes slower.
Mailed my entry July 16. Still not posted, but there are a total of 8 listed so far. Just won the STX Middiv Solotime held at Forbes Field (Nationals site) this weekend. Six car class- 1 Type R, 4WRX and one Nissan Spec V (or whatever they are). Jeff Vogel was 2nd in his WRX. Never beat him before-even in GS.

Huh? What? I mailed it in only recently.
Rest assured, I'll be there.
(I'm signed up for the Pro Finale Already if that's any indication)
