I searched before asking and i couldn't find it. Anyways, my friend wants to buy my konig heliums. They are 16x7 with a 40mm offset and the tires are 205/45/16's. Will the rims clear the brake caliper? I know that the tires might rub a little and it's not a huge concern, but i'm just afraid the heliums spokes won't clear the brake caliper bracket. The car is a 94 accord 4dr. Thanks for the help guys.
If he has stock brakes it shouldn't be a problem. 45mm off set is ideal but 40 will work. There really shouldn't be any rubbing issues either, I have 205/50/15 and have no problem with rubbing.

Yeah we tried the wheel on and it fit.... however.... we also found out that the accord has a 4x114.3 bolt pattern and my wheels are 4x100 so we couldn't bolt it on. We did just rested them in the extra set of holes that the heliums came with. Thanks for the response turbowa.

I have never had any experience with "Heliums" but sounds like a 4 lug universal pattern to me.
No you won't rub at all. Tons of clearance.
Extra set of holes? Isn't that the 4x114.3 drill pattern? Pretty sure those are universl four lugs.
Turbowa;
+45 offset is ideal? Can you elaborate please?
