Where do I find a waste gate flange?

Its for a deltagate the discharge side if it matters.
About how much should I expect to pay?

check out roadraceengineering.com they have some flanges they ghetto looking mild steel but they work decent.

http://www.turbochargers.com has the stainless tial flanges for 25 bucks each.. they're even notched to hold the pipe inside the flange
