Default Stereo Faliure

Something is wrong with my 1990 Accord EX. My stereo is powered, but in not turning on completely. I don't know if I blew some kind of fused or something, but if you have any ideas on what is wrong let me know. THANKS!

I know it's not the deck because it does the same thing with my other deck, doesn't turn on fully.

Ok, it's like this. The deck powers up, but the only thing it seems to be able to do is eject the cd. None of the lights turn on or anything. What do you think?

The deck is connected to the wire harness properly. I did blow a fuse from the fuse box under the hood, but replaced it already. It was the fuse that sent power to the clock so it would turn on. I am not sure if other fuses may be blown or what, but hopefully you can help.
