Kaaz LSD...anyone use these or familiar with them???
I have the ATS..basically same chit. I have the 1.5 way. Works great, though havent taken it to the track yet to fully expose its potential. Things to look for are the break-in...you have to do figure 8's in first gear for 20 minutes, and you also have to change the LSD fluid every 5000km.
SO in some sense, it is a lot of maintenance..but from the reviews I've heard about these LSD's, they are amazzzing.

Quick question...the Kaaz LSD is a clutch type, not gear type, right?
So how often do you have to replace the clutch pack? Or is it like a normal clutch, where it depends on how badly you abuse it?

Yes, it is a clutch type, the quaife is a gear type. It will 'eventually' have to be rebuilt, but they should last quite a long time if taken care of.
Nope..just pulling a plug from the differential casing to drain the old fluid, and using a pump to insert the new fluid....not hard, but very long.
