So I know someone that has a dealership and they have a Blue 2003 RSX Type-S with 60k miles. Nothing wrong mechanically but it is a theft recovery title. It's not missing anything, but it does have tan front seats because those were the only thing taken, but I already have some black ones chillin in my garage haha. He's asking 8k. Is it worth it? My intentions would be for it to be a track car and keep my EP as a DD. What do you guys think?

if your intentions are a track car who cares what the title is as long as you can register it. A real track car isn't street able anyways. And the price is up to your wallet.

Offer $6k and go from there. Does it have any mods? If you're looking for a track car a K swaped EG or EK would the best.

an old ITR theft recovery shell would be nice too. you can literally start from nothing and if it's a fully track car, he won't need any interior pieces.

My thoughts exactly. I already have a project planned for a K-powered EG.

I guess I should of said street legal track car. It would be primarily a track car but I would want to drive it every onceand a while. But anyways it turns out that I made my mind up on something else and bought a running '95 coupe with a straight body for only $1700 (pretty good for around here) to swap my boosted LS into. Thanks for the input anyways guys, I got a new project now. Maybe soon I'll have a track car project.
