Default Are these Safe to use?

I don't have access to the wheels and tires forum so i am posting here, This is a stock ap1 wheel that i bought for really cheap with 90% tread on it. I have heard from friends that toyos are nitorious for having weak sidewalks and i want to know if it would be safe for me to use this tire/wheel combo temporarily.

Yeah, I think you will be fine. I mean would rock em temporarily. Obviously we can't be responsible if something happens.

i measured the gash in the tire and its only about .2cm deep. it looks deeper then it really is. how thick are sidewalls for regular proxes?

i personally wouldn't use it...if it blows out think of it as a grenade in your wheel well...it will tear apart your fender

the problem could be inside the wheel, where the sidewall is probably cut. i would recommend replacing.

Green wheels are never safe to use and should be removed from the vehicle immediately - i'm amazed you've survived this long...

on the topic of the grenade, just to share my T1Rs treated me quite nicely, i blew 2, about inch and a half holes on opposing sides, and all i noticed was a slight pull to the left, drove about another mile at about 40 MPH because i was on the interstate and had nowhere to go, and i never had any grenading
