car is a 96 hatch all stock throwing codes 17,41,65 i know what the codes mean but could the regulater be the problem? car is surging ,lights are pulsating but not at idle only at like 1500 rpms where to start to fix this with out buying all new sensors or a alternater. Also speedo jumps erratically from 0 -120 and back and forth,.idont think wiring has anything to do with this what about fuses. any info would help. tia
