Without taking all the housing out and bumper?

 

if you talking about the glass lense, then yes. just put the complete headlight after being removed from the vehicle, and place them in a pre-heated (225 degrees) oven for 12-15 minutes. mine took 15 minutes. the glue will get soft and use a screwdriver to carefully pry lense apart from housing unit.

 

what kind of glue should i use to put it back together??

 

i used a clear silicone type from fred meyer, and also the remaining of what ever was left on the housing and lense.
