stand alone engine mgmt and alternator????

stand alone engine mgmt and alternator????
Anyone here with a stand alone computer, how did you wire up the alternator?? I have none of the orginal engine harness, and have no idea how to make this thing work. Anyone have some ideas??? Thanks

didn't you ask this question in another post ? I answered already, you need +12v when ignition is on to the charging circuit on the alternator.

Yeah I posted this twice...I was able to fiqure it out. Thanks for the help! It took 2 wires that needed +12v, and 1 wire going to the battery. No more charging the battery, and jump boxes, much better.
