What is the difference? I looked at the Kumho specs page and the H-speed rated has TW rating 360 and the V-speed rated has 340. And according to Kumho, they both have a traction rating of AA. So what exactly is the difference?

Oh and one more question...I just bought new wheels and they came with the little plastic rings, I am guessing they're hubcentric rings...do I need to use these? They just plug into the back of the wheel, right?
