Icon6 2000 Accord: Totally dead except hazards

After an extremely cold day in Milwaukee, My 2000 Accord went totally dead. Not a click, no headlights, dome, dash.. Nothing. When attempted to jump, the hazards worked, but nothing else. I already tried switching the battery out, with the same outcome. Any ideas??

Thanks

i know exactly what this is. There is something called a main fuss relay which is blown I think its a large green one in the engine fuss box. One day I was coming out of school in the pouring rain and tried to start my car the only thing that worked was my hazards. The horn didnt even work.

Under the dash to the left of the steering column. It's a dark grey box with a brown connecter plugged into it. Simple plug and play to swap it out, though removing it from the bracket can be a pain.

Not the main relay. The main fuse. Two completely different things.

The main relay controls power to the fuel injection system and fuel pump.

The main fuse controls all battery power to the entire car.

Which now begs the question;
Why did it blow in the first place?

They are hardly ever an issue
