05 Element back tires bowed out?
Perhaps I am just being paranoid (as you can tell from my other posts), but it seems as if my wife's 05 elements back tires are slightly bowed in at the top and bowed out at the bottom.
I had it out on the highway yesterday with no wheel shake, pulling, or any other issues at 70 mph. It continues to get 21 mpg, even though I can put 1.5 to 2 gallons more in after the first click of the gas pump.
Does anyone else out there notice these issues?
Could it be the extra weight of a full tank that causes this, or am I over-reacting and being over protective of the hondas I care for?
Thanks

Mine are the same way, I wouldn't worry about it. It seems Honda's have this type of camber. The 99 Civic I just got rid of looked fine from the side but when you looked at it from the back, it was almost as if the wheels were going to just fall off but it is normal. I had no tire wear on my Civic or my Element.
If it were possible to measure the distance between the top and bottom of the rear tires you would see there is very little distance difference. The body lines are fooling your perspective.
side note:
From what i've heard... that's not good thing to do since you'll probably flood the charcoal canister and ruin that part of the emissions system
