how do you bleed the coolant system on a 5th generation accord f22b2

It's on the thermostat housing.

A more definitive answer:

There is a bleeder screw, located on the Themostat Housing which works 80% of the time. Refer:

For the remaining 20%, raising the front of the vehicle about a foot (1ft) and removing the radiator cap takes care of it. (The Radiator becomes the coolant systems highest point).
