This is a very perplexing and annoying occurence. I hear a "squeak/chirp" coming from the center of my dash only when the car is shifting, usually from first to second gear. At first I thought the automatic transmission but the noise is somewhere in the center of the dash or firewall area.This is driving me freakin' crazy!The noise cannot be reproduced when driving over a rough road,only when shifting.Anybody have any ideas as to the cause?
