replacing side view mirrors of my coupe, how do I get off the tweeters?

As the title says, how to I remove the tweeters to access the screws for the mirror? Do they just pop off? Should I stick a flat head in there and pry them off?

use a flat head, put it in through all 3 sizes and slightly and carefully pop it off
