Have A 88 crx converted to obd1 and have a code 4 flashing p28 ecu but I have a brand new td44 dizzy and I do have spark to the cylinders and fuel the main fuel relay does click like it is supposed to but it still just does not want to start it sometimes does sound like it does want to start but doesnt the timing is right on i just dont know what is wrong with it any advise would be appreciated thank you

 

more info.was the car running before the obd1 conversion?was it a mpfi conversion?

 

no it wasnt a mpfi conv it is a hf swapped in a b16a with rywire conv had obd0 inj when i first started then thru a inj code so got obd1 inj got rid of fuel res box and got brand new p28 ecu now it hant ran since i posted before come to find out it was my dizzy and got new one dont want to start now it throws 4 solid blinks from the cel light

 

could be a bad dizzy...i had nearly the same problem but with my obd0 d series. took 3 "new" dizzies before it fixed my problem.
