Default 1990 d15b2 civic piston questions

i heard that these rods are very weak on this stock setup will it work if i try to take the pistons out of a d16??? will they fit??? if i want to put a d16 block in my 1990 civic sedan to change my motor from a d15b2 with a z6 head to a full d16z6 will i neeed to change any mounts to make em fit or will everything bold on perfectly???? what can i do to the car to make it able to withold max8lbs boost?
