Default rear spindle nut socket size?

Looking to do my rear drums, and I've never done drum brakes, largest socket I have is a 22MM and it's too small, so rather than go out and buy 23,24,25,26 etc does anyone know the size I need? Thanks in advance!

and actually do you need to remove the hub in order to change the shoes? I got them off and found that they are still around 3.5MM after 63,000 miles. Front still have a little meat on them but they are wearing a bit quicker than the rears. Which is opposite the way my 93 Accord rear discs wore. They actually wore out before the front ones.

Anyhow is anyone sure that it does in fact need to be removed and does it actually take a 24MM socket?

Thanks in advance.

no you don't have to remove the hub and the disc and drums are way different is normal that the front pads wear little quick than the rear

If you read the FAQ Page you will find this Link

You'll most likely need to take your car to a shop to have the work done.

All the shop really needs are the arms, so they can replace the bushings. If you're able to remove the arms yourself, I recommend doing so. It'll save you some money. (should have mentioned that earlier. my bad)
