Anybody know the name of this part?

Do any of you know what the parts circled in red are called, I am going to be building some things and these are the perfect part for them. Thanks

Why dont you just make those too then? Take a piece of metal, sand 2 sides flat (or square if it is), and drill a hole in it. Done.

I don't know if you can tell, but they are also threaded.
