can we have a sticky FS post for us EFers that want to sell parts
ive asked about this before a way long time ago we have it on superhonda just as we have a sticky for pictures the mods here think that the admin wont go for it i think it would keep the confusion to a minimum since people post anyway
I do too. I think everyone should have their FS parts in the forum that it applies. That way if you see a part FS, you know that it's for your car.
yeah i agree too.
cause people post FS parts here anyways, so this would actullay save the mods some trouble, just put 1 sticky at the top of the page for FS parts and when people get some time they can browse through..
although we dont want too many stickys at the top of the page either

the only bad thing i see about this is that people won't update posts when they sell their parts. what they should really do is delete the reply all togther after they have sold all their parts (if selling multiple parts).
but we'll see if they go for it. i say give it a try and if it doesn't work, go back to the "old" way.

yes i agree all the way!!!!!!!!!!the classifieds move way to fast.if the mods and admins dont agree with this then i guess we will be scrolling through pages of a buch of stuff for sale.**** it if they dont!we all know this is a great idea!!!!!!!!!!

it's a good idea but here's another...and it's what I do every time...I just put 88-91 in the search field and usually pull up 30-40 posts for stuff for sale for civics and crxes...some times I'll get a prelude or integra one but it's a pretty easy way to find what you're looking for...also, what about the people that have multiple cars or get parts from differnt cars...that'll make things even MORE confusing much like hondaclassifieds.com...same post in a bunch of different forums...it works ok for me right now...I just think it should be lax on the fact that if someone does post an item for sale(which I did earlier this week) the mods don't move it...it doesn't happen a lot, and if it's just one or two items...usually it will go fast...which mine did...it's currently in-route to it's new owner...just my .02
I think the current way works just fine. If you want to sell something, post it in the classifieds, then put a link to the post in your signature and start post whoring like crazy! I usually do my shopping by reading other peoples sigs.

but the point is to stop the whoring, and make thing flow easier... this way everyone knows what is selling and where it is... I would suggest keeping a 1-2 week time frame on all posts.. meaning that they expire no matter what!

but if we get out own classified room..then every other room is gonna want them ...so i dont think its gonna happen unfortionaly ...it would be cool tho
