Default First time at TIG -- Need Help

I have seen you guys give some good advice to others, I was hoping you would help me out. Trying to weld carbon steel headers, and I am getting severe undercutting. I tried reducing the amps but then can't seem to get a nice puddle. I am afraid it may be my torch angle... but I have no clue what it should be. Any advice would be very appreciated.
