wont the rear lip fit a 99-00 too? i thought their bumpers were the same?

 

it will with alittle mod but fits really good with the 96-98 rear bumper

lip wont fit without modifications. there is a slight difference in 96-98 99-00 that most overlook. i wouldnt chop this lip up though since it seems to be harder to find that a 99-00.

 

ive seen some pics of the 96-98 civic rear lip on 99-00 civic rear bumper but on jdmcivic.com jdmland.com sales the oem 99-00 civic rear lip for about $395 plus shipping

no and i wouldnt cut this lip its a hard to find item and very rare!! just get a 96-98 rear bumper i can give u the number to a place that sale the bumper brand new for $40 just let me know whats up cuz some guy from Canada and New York wants it to for $350 and there paying the shipping
