Default Mpfi swap

Can you use a non si intake manifold with a si ecu?
Trying to do a mpfi swap but i dont know if the manifold came off a si or not,got it from a friend..

Will si harness clip fit into non si intake manifold?

So im going to go to the junk yard to pick up
si ecu
si disturbutor
so harness
some extra wires
is that the main parts i need?

Just get the whole/complete intake manifold off any multi-point motor if possible. makes it way easy...

theres hella info on this. just go to google and type in "MPFI Conversion" or DPFI to MPFI....

Yea i did the mpfi reserch,but they dont cover question i have and dont want to buy a si intake if i dont have to iono how much it cost at the junk yard

use a d16y8 manifold, best flowing stock manifold, or get an aftermarket skunk2 intake manifold ftw!
