Icon2 car won't start

I have replaced the head gasket and timing belts on my 92 accord LX.
The car will not start. I could not get a spark from the spark plug holding it against the motor. I have traced all the grounds and harness connections and cannot find any problem.
Is there a sensor that will cause it not to fire?
I guess what I am looking for is what to check and how to do so.
Thanks for any help.

make sure your t stat ground has good connection if you do have a check engine light then check for icm output i dont know the color of the wires but find a diagram and find the icm output voltage and input make sure that the icm is getting voltage from the pcm and then check for output voltage if there is voltage going in but not out then check all wires and if all wires are good i would recommend getting a icm.

OK really dumb question -but i cannot find a diagram anywhere---on a 92 accord igniter i pulled off three wires the dark green, light green, and black and yellow. I think i put them back right but not sure. I swear i am getting alzheimers way early.

the yellow /green I did not remove
The next one i think is the light green
then the dark green
then the black/yellow goes on the side

Is this correct?

the readings mostly checked out but i need to borrow a real MMeter from work. I have two but they give different answers.
