Keep it, you spent more money on parts than the car in OEM form is worth. Keep and plan to turbo in the future, otherwise you can probably sell for about $4,500 with new paint and all.

KBB says anywhere from 2600 - 3500 for a private party sale.
NADA says anywhere from 1500 - 4200.

I am in the same boat as well. I would like to sell mine and get something newer. However I dont want it sell it for what an avg person would be willing to pay.

Well then if I were to sell the whole kit away from the vehicle; $2200 for the kit $4800 for the car. or should I go up to $2500 for the kit $5000 for the car.

I would say you can probably get $4k depending on how the paint comes out...but why would you want to sell a car like that? you will regret it

are you in need of the cash? I am just curious why you are selling, but I guess if you needed money you would not have repainted it... so I am still confused as to why you would get rid of something you put so much time, money, energy, blood, sweat, tears, etc...????!???? It just doesn't make sense to me

This winter I decided I should get out of the Honda scene and move into something a little more professional. However, I am someone who likes to have their car look the best on the road. So....for the summer I have decided that I will drive the Prelude still but I needed to finish up a few things before I am satisfied with driving it. lol. Yeah, a little loss in money. I'm not too concerned on that with the Prelude since the kit took a full year of time to find and extreme amount of money and persuation. I also had a full H22A Mugen Exhaust but I never did get a H22A swapped in. I just need to get the vehicle off my chest in the summer once I find my next car.
