Default does anyone here have 18X7's on a civic ?

i have a set of 18X7 tsw tropies , with a 40 offset , and 215\35\18, and i put them on and they rub on the front calipers , and then they rear fenders come down on the tires . whats the deal ? i have the right fitiment right ? how can i make these fit ?

2 options:
1) Roll your fender (can be DIY with a baseball bat, or have a shop do it)
2) Downsize to 16s or 15s (cheaper, won't rub, looks perfect on a Civic)

ok, thanks for the input , thic civic couldnt break 100mph if you dropped it off a cliff ...... i already have an 11 sec silvia , i dont need another fast car !
