Congrats Yack and great job out there! I was only able to be at CMP on saturday, and you are one of the people that I unfortunately wasn't able to meet, but I hope to do so at Lowes if you're going to be there next month. I really enjoyed watching your hatch at the front of the entire race...big props for such smooth driving out there!

 

Matt, I just wanted to say that I was really looking forward to seeing you and your CRX again out there again, so I was kinda bummed that you weren't there, but I know you have a lot going on in regards to your Rex. I was the guy that was hanging out with Daniel (aka Drumsy) last time at CMP. Although I was very glad to see John, I was hoping to see the two of you battle it out again. Hope you get everything straightened out before Lowes so I can root for ya out there again. Good luck with everything!!


Frank - who hopes he'll be running his first HPDE at Lowes if he can manage to scrape together some money between now and then.

Thanks for the kind words. Unforunately, Lowes is not even within the realm of possibility. My goal is to be racing at VIR, and I still have no idea what I'll be racing there. I'm pretty sure it won't be my old blue CRX though.

naw..i've never been on a track and I'm definately hooked. I want to be out there so bad! I really would like to meet and get to know all the ECHC drivers. I respect the wisdom that have have gained from their racing experience, and hopefully they can impart some of that knowledge to me as I hope to begin my racing adventure in the near future.

 

jack, did the custom spoon chromoly, laser welded seat back brace with titanium bolts hold up ok??

How about for the rest of the ECHC, you start in the back, and see if you can pass everyone else for the lead

 

i agree w/ corey, eric rosen started last in the 2nd small bore race sunday, and still finished first (by about 6 inches)!!!!!!!

tom sweeton did that for a whole season in the MARRS srx7 series to see how many cars he could pass in one season
