yeah i know a downgrade
BUT this car has alot of stuff i like
92 eg6 hatch
primer gray-(((dislike but im getting it painted)))
stock motor at tha moment
gsr cluster wired in done rite
racing steerin wheel wit momo hub
gsr clothe seat front n back
lower on tanabe spring wit stock gsr shocks
99 gsr rear disk brake setup..
blox lower control arm
stock exhaust
jdm black housing headlights
amber corner
foglights but wires was rip off in tha snow..

has 99 gsr blade wheels..but not gonna go wit tha car
u can keep ur rims

no radio..but has speakers..



My question is

what color should i get this painted
im not into ricey colors i like to keep it jdm looking
im thinking a blue maybe
what do you eg6 owners think of blue ones and if so post pics of your blue eg's
and other nice colors

Harvard Blue Pearl is a navy blue color. The car posted above it NOT Harvard Blue Pearl.

Looks like Long Island Blue Pearl, from the NSX, or possibly Captiva Blue Pearl.

Oh, and there is no US EG6. An EG6 is a hatch that came stock with a B16A.

- Championship White
- Phoenix/Sunlight Yellow
- Electron Blue Pearl
- Long Beach Blue Pearl
- Any gunmetal or charcoal color

Make your car a little more unique and give me something new to look at.

im goin with long island, my old del sol was captiva and that blue is to "blue" for captiva, that was lighter than the one posted

 

Since EG6s aren't from the US, I'm betting it's not an EG6.

I don't think the chances of a LHD SiR getting to Indiana is very high.

the thing is hatchys only look good in 3 colors. si blue, cherry red or dark gray.

Absolutely.

To the OP those are not JDM headlights, honestly JDM 5th gen headlights are arguably worse than our own, they're plastic and haze over, they do lack the 3 nipples that our glass ones have so they look better if they're in good shape. EDM is where its really at, glass with no nipples. Also, from everything i've ever read anywhere Blox LCAs suck. If you want a hatch go find a cheap shell and swap what you can onto it and then buy the rest.

Oh yeah, as NOFX already stated, thats not harvard blue pearl, I own a harvard blue sedan, it does not IMO look good on hatch, it seems to work better on something like a sedan for some reason.

 

I'd definitely have to disagree with that. There are so many colors out there and i doubt Electron Blue Pearl, a generic cherry red (what does that even mean?) or generic dark gray would be the best colors out there.

I'm thinking Tahitian Green off the bat.

It's one of the stock colors the 5th gen Civic hatch came in. It's pretty popular.
