dsm turbo kit??
ok.....
so my uncle bought a 91 eagle talon that was inpounded and we parted it out and i kept the turbo kit. It has the stock turbo with all after market piping, bov, and fmic. The motor has 350cc injectors and everything works great (car ran).
I have a 97 Civic Hatchback CX. its completly stock with a intake, mugen exhaust, skunk 2 coilovers, skunk 2 strut bar, and i think thats about it for performance.
My plans were to buy a older year exhaust manifold because the turbo will bolt right up to that with a plate that needs to be made at a machiene shop. I have a apexi v-tec controller that i was gonna hook up and use for my air/fuel mixture. (note: my car in a sohc non v) i was also going to have a local shop and map my car for the 350cc injectors.
Im not sure about the piping and all and if it will just bolt right on or what?
Is there anything else i would need to make this set up better?? any ideas??
i have had friends do this so i know it works i just wanted someother input to see if i could inprove on anything else

Dsm turbos (if stock at least) are air and water cooled, one off that car would be a 14b which is very small. Stock injectors for dsm are 440's or 450's too some blue top (forgot the other color top), they're peak hold too so you'll need a resistor box off a crx or something. You can use those, but idk about the piping
ya i know im going to have to tap into my oil pan and my water. also they are blue top 350s i think or 450s i dont remember. and the car came with a resister box so no worries there
