I changed the transmission fluid and filter on my 03 V6 a couple days ago, and found another problem upon re-assembly. The air flow tube (from air filter box to throttle body) was split next to the clamp on the throttle body. I guess all the tugging I did while checking/changing the air filter is what did it. From now on, I will remove the tube from the air box before removing the lid.
When I went to the dealership to order the tube, I brought the print out from Majestic with me (so I could show him which part to order). Glad I did, because he charged me the Majestic price (said he had to). Maybe they have some price match guarantee? The shipping from Majestic would have been almost $10. I saved quite a bit, since I got the Majestic price, without shipping cost. If you need any parts for your cars, you might want to bring a print out, including prices, with you.
