96 coupe tranny problem

Hey B20 i just got 96 coupe and 2nd gear pops thats not the biggest problem i know its the syncros but also tranny rattles but when step on clutch noise goes away i checked if there was fluid fluid came out but very black and but dont know if theres enough in there can that be the problem or does it need bearings??>help plz
