d15 and rods pistons in zc??

d15 and rods pistons in zc??
Out of a std or lx civic, can i do this because i have a zc with a broke rod in cylinder 1. It has high dome pistons. and i just got turbo cams and so i thought that this would lower compression as well. will it work??
