Fuel Capacity in 95 EX civic sedan?
10 gallons. I have a manual, moderate driver. I can usually do 320 miles before i fear of running out of gas.
i used to own an automatic and i did 290-300 miles per tank average.
My car is more gas efficient in the summer than the winter months.
Dec-March i get about 250-280 miles per tank
April-Oct i get around 290-320 miles per tank.
This is a 1.6 vtec engine.

Yea i just filled up yesterday and took a road trip to northern south carolina and drove around up there and came back, it was about 280 miles of regular driving and i still had about an eight of a tank left. This is with an LS motor too so i was kinda impressed. My single would've had alot more gas leftover thats for sure lol
It's 11.9 gallon for all trims besides the CX and VX, which are 10 gallon.
'96-'00 Civics all have 11.9 gallon tanks.
In order to find the gas mileage of your car you do not need to know the size of the tank.
Go gas up your car. Before you drive away, reset the tripometer.
Drive until it's time to gas up the car again. This can be whenever. You don't have to run the tank as low as possible. I usually gas up between half a tank to an either of a tank or so (according to the gauge - which are notoriously incorrect).
Go gas up the car. Print your receipt. Write down the tripometer miles on the receipt. This way you can figure it out later and not sit at a busy gas station.
Don't guess! It will only give you incorrect results. Don't figure you used half a tank on a CX, so you used 5 gallons. It's not right and you'll end up with incorrect gas mileage.

Say I'm driving my '98 EX coupe. It has an 11.9 gallon tank.
To figure out my gas mileage:
(MILES) / (GALLONS) = (GAS MILEAGE)
So if I drove 300 miles and used 10 gallons:
300 / 10 = 30 mpg
