i'm assuming you mean d16a6 because there wasn't a b16a6. a d16a6 is the original motor that came in the car so just get all of the parts that came for your car from the factory.
Si motor and tranny
Si wiring harnes
Si ecu
ect...

if it is a real si then all you should need is d16a6, a6 (si) engine harnes, 5 speed, si axles, and thats it. asuming it has the clutch cable and throttle cable already. completely stock drop in so it will be super simple.
yes it has every thing but the motor tranny an ECU im haveing a hard time finding a motor though
You'll probably have a better chance finding a SOHC ZC. It's pretty much the same exact motor that came in the Si but with just a slight difference on the cam profile. They generally cost around $500 for just the motor from what ive searched. The ECU you can probably get off ebay for not so much. But as for the tranny you're on your own with that one thats a tough part to find. As for the Axles i bought one from AutoZone a few monthes back for $30. But it was only the right side.
yeh the a6 is a hard one tofind now and days. if you are not stuck so much on staying original it might be easier to just go with a z6. its not too much more expensive, and it is easier to find a z6 than an a6, at least over here in clarksville tn. but yeh, the tranny is a hard one to find, i got rid of an si tranny for 100 bucks last month but it was the shitty 88 with the different spline pattern and the smaller clutch disk. i picked up a shell with a si swap (a6/si trans) for 500 bucks, just for the tranny. all ready parted out the interior and the motor and made my money back though so its like i got a shell and and si trans for free! :D
