Default no clutch prssure

ok, i have a 91 crx si w/ b18b motor w/b16 cable tranny. i just finished the swap and went to try and drive it. no clutch prssure. and with the clutch in, it wont go in to gear, just grind. i push in the clutch and it stays to the floor. when i pull the clutch lever on the tranny, there is very little pressure. i pulled the tranny out and the lever is engaging the throw out bearing. im a lil confused. i bought a stock clutch/pressure plate/flywheel from an associate and thats what im using now. he said its off a DA. i have a ys1 clutch/pressure plate/flywheel and the dimmensions look the same as the DA set. could it be the pressure plate is bad??? any help would be appreciated.

its a cable trany, you don't bleed anything. check your cable tension. try moving it around some and adjusting the tension nut
