whats my next best upgrade
Either tune that with safc/vafc depending on if you have vtec or not. If you havnt done it already then go a high flow cat. Otherwise start on handling mods. Struts and braces, decent rubber and some good suspension.
Definatley suspension before any of those other things. Get quality shocks(koni yellows) and some good springs ot ground control coilovers to put on the konis.
First off, improving the driver is always the first thing one should do.
Second, it's and I4 motor you only have one header.
From your name I assume you have an H22. Right? What header, intake and exhaust you have. Do a search. Most of the basic "bolt on's" don't do much performance wise.
Find out were you want to spend the money. Engine, suspension, brakes, exterior, interior ect.
Above all SEARCH. See what interest's you and go from there.

I think it depends on if you have deep pockets and how much your willing to spend to go fast.If your not planning to do any internal work with just minor bolt-ons,then the VAFC will work fine for you.
You could ditch the Megan header and get a Hytech or RMf but these are pricey headers.
I think u should invest a nice suspension set-up first.
Just my .02 cents

I say the next best upgrade is paint and a body kit.
To the folks that did not ask what this guy intends to do with his car, you all have no clue what advice to offer. If he wants to roadrace then an educated driver will be better than any mechanical upgrade. For drag racing the driver needs upgrading but tires and a little suspension/clutch work will benefit more once he gets consistent. But since he doesn't mention anything about a goal he's shooting for I can only assume that it's all for "representin'" on the street with no real rhyme or reason. In that case show > go.

agreed, what is your goals for your car? If you want just a little bit more on the butt dyno you can go with a velocity stack, a better header, tune with a vafc, and if you want more spray... but Pirate is absolutly right, what are your plans? goals? Finances? time frame? anticipated results?
