Door - 6.5
Rear deck - 6.5 if round, 6x9 if oval.
Door panel removal - one screw inside door pull, one behind door handle. The door is held on by the push pin things that snap into the holes. Pull door from bootom around hinge and you should hear it pop out. Make sure to unplug switches and such then remove panel to access speakers.

www.crutchfield.com...if you order new speakers from them you will get a tool to remove the door panels, the rear deck will be three screw, mine fell out bc ive got a 12" RF in the trunk, the screws are on the bottom side of the deck

Just take a longer standard screwdriver and pry the edges of the door panel if you don't have a tool. It works just fine. Just remember your dealing with a lot of plastic, so don't go too crazy.

crutchfireld also lets you input your car and they'll tell you all the speaker sizes in the car.
